Use:

The liver is one of the most important organs in our bodies for athletes. It is a detoxifier and filter of un-usable substances and waste by products of metabolic substances in our systems.

Choline is an essential nutrient which supports the fat utilization in the liver and will be on the FDA’s RDI (Recommended Dietary Intake) list by 2017. Since our society is lacking choline in the diet by <60-90%, the rate of improper liver functioning is increasing at epidemic proportions. Fatty Liver disease is detectible by unbalanced liver enzymes.

The liver functioning; at its best potential, is critical to fat utilization for an endurance athlete and to reduce naturally occurring homocysteine build up.
