Also, it also helps investigate the cause of changes in behavior and consciousness and to support the diagnosis of hepatic encephalopathy or Reye syndrome.
Recommended For:
Those with liver disease or kidney failure who experience mental changes or lapses into a coma.
Special Notes:
Patient is required to avoid cigarette smoking and fast 12 to 14 hours prior to giving blood sample collection.
