Unfortunately, Personalabs is unable to provide testing for animals. The lab we partner with will not accept any non-human specimens.

All tests which are on the same order will have results on the same report. If you require your test results to be on separate reports, please order and pay for them separately. The lab will be unable to separate results for tests which are ordered together.

Pursuant to Quest protocol, 150ml maximum blood can be taken per visit.

You would need to visit the nearest Quest Patient Service Center with your lab order, pick up a stool kit provided by Quest, collect the stool sample at home and return the sample to the same Quest PSC originally visited.

Unfortunately, we are unable to generate one order with more than one of the same test. If you wish to place an order for the same test, you are required to place separate orders.

As long as it’s not a femoral stick (injection of the upper thigh groin area that only a doctor can perform), phlebotomists may draw patients through their ankles with a butterfly stick. Please contact our customer service agents to contact the Quest Patient Service Center you plan on visiting so they can confirm that site will do an alternate draw.

Yes. We offer the gold Quantiferon test. We do not offer the TB skin test, you can contact your local health department to discuss a TB skin test. The benefit of the QFT-Gold is that it is excellent sensitivity and you only need to have your blood drawn once. With a skin test, you would need to go back for a second sample and the process includes a painful scratch test.
