Recommended For:
Those with no other risk factors for heart disease should be tested with a fasting lipid profile once every 4-6 years; Those who have risk factors such as smoking, overweight or obesity, and unhealthy diet.
Special Notes:
Fasting is required 9-12 hours prior to giving blood sample.
