Chlamydia Treatment

Use:
If you have tested positive for Chlamydia, this service will supply a Doctor’s prescription to a pharmacy of your choice for you to pick up the medication. Please note you will have to pay for the medication at the pharmacy. This service only covers the cost for the doctor consult and prescription arrangement over the phone.

Recommended For:
Existing customers who have tested positive and require treatment for Chlamydia.

Special Notes:
In order to receive a treatment prescription, you must have ordered your test through Personalabs and received your results through Personalabs. Your result must indicate a positive result for Chlamydia.

Once you place your order you will be required to provide information for the Doctor to provide you with a pharmacy script. The script will be called through to a pharmacy of your choice.

We can only offer treatment prescriptions in the following states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Personalabs will contact you four (4) weeks from the date of your order to confirm you have picked up the medicine and offer you a repeat test (at an additional cost) to confirm treatment has worked. We also offer lab testing for partners of those who have acquired an STD.

Turnaround Time For Scripts
Please note the doctor will notify us when they have called the script through to the pharmacy.

Once your order is placed, you will have the option to schedule a set appointment or have a doctor contact you within 24 hours between the hours of 7am-8pm. Please note the doctor will only call twice and if you have not answered there will be a further charge for another call by the doctor. Please note this service is for the Doctor’s script. If you are not available when the Doctor phones we will not be able to offer a refund, as this is part of the service.
